YOUR MISSION
As a Talent Acquisition intern, you will support the continuous national and international expansion of IKONO by helping bring to the company the best talent at the right time. With the supervision of the People Team, you will Business-Partner with our international team of hiring managers in 6 different countries in Europe to ensure the execution of the IKONO talent plan!

🎙️ Be Part of the Action: assist in conducting interviews and performing reference checks to bring in the best talent.
🤝 Welcome New Faces: supporting on coordinate onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth, positive integration for new IKONO team members.
🌐 Build a Talent Empire: help develop a diverse, international talent pool to support IKONO’s continuous growth.
🚀 Shape the Future: collaborate on projects and processes to enhance Talent Acquisition, from optimizing workflows to reporting on success stories.

YOU BRING
📚 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Psychology.
🌍 Ideally bilingual or near-native proficiency in English, you can communicate effortlessly and professionally with candidates and hiring managers. Knowledge of other European languages like German, Italian, or Czech is a great plus!
