YOUR MISSION

As a Procurement & Contracts Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing procurement processes, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations, ensuring optimal terms for the company. You will also oversee asset management, including IT equipment and international purchasing while developing and implementing policies to streamline operations. Your role is key to improving cost efficiency, maintaining quality, and supporting both local and international subsidiaries.  


WHAT YOU’LL DO

Vendor and Contract Management: 

  • Manage contracts with suppliers, improving conditions, reducing costs, and controlling contract expiration dates. 
  • Identify and propose new suppliers to enhance service quality and optimize costs. 
  • Negotiate terms with current and prospective vendors to ensure the best possible deals. 


Procurement & Expense Reconciliation: 

  • Reconcile bank cards for purchases and capital expenditures (CAPEX). 
  • Oversee the purchase of laptops, including managing rental agreements (e.g., Iberent) and defining policies for subsidiaries. 
  • Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of all procurement expenses. 


Asset Management: 

  • Maintain an updated inventory of PCs, mobile phones, and company-issued devices. 
  • Implement a clear purchase policy to standardize procurement processes and asset control. 
  • Monitor and control asset usage across local and international subsidiaries. 


International Procurement: 

  • Manage purchasing and vendor contracts for subsidiaries outside Spain. 
  • Coordinate international payments and manage installment schedules, leading negotiations for international purchases as needed.


WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT 

  • Negotiation: you're skilled in securing favorable contract terms and long-term partnerships with suppliers. 
  • Organizational: ability to manage multiple procurement processes, inventory tracking, and international operations simultaneously. 
  • Problem-solving: expertise in addressing procurement challenges and finding cost-effective solutions. 
  • Attention to Detail: you ensure accuracy in financial reconciliation, inventory control, and contract management. 
  • Collaborative: you work well across departments and with international teams to ensure smooth procurement operations. 


YOU BRING

  • Strong background in procurement, vendor relations, and contract management. 
  • Proficiency in reconciling financial transactions, particularly related to CAPEX and credit card purchases. 
  • Experience in asset management and inventory control, particularly with IT equipment. 
  • Knowledge of procurement policies and experience in policy development and implementation. 
  • Familiarity with international purchasing operations, logistics, and compliance. 
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (min C1 level) is required. 
  • Other European languages are a plus!
