With seven locations in Madrid, Rome, Barcelona,  Budapest, Vienna, Copenhagen, and Berlin, we are rapidly expanding, so you’ll find IKONO in the heart of major cities across Europe (and beyond). 

 

YOUR MISSION

Our diverse Team @IKONO is present in 6 different countries around Europe (and counting!). As a Global HR Generalist & Office manager, you will support the continuous national and international expansion of IKONO, ensuring smooth People operations, around Europe and promoting employee well-being and satisfaction in Madrid HQ by overseeing day-to-day office management. 


YOU WILL DO

People 

  • Work with Local Partners and IKONO Managers around Europe to ensure that international Onboarding, Offboarding and payroll processes are customized for each country´s specific requirements, achieving excellent quality and great Employee Experience. 
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies across countries while ensuring they are adapted to local regulations and cultural fit.  
  • Assist in the development and execution of performance evaluation processes, including reviews, goal setting, and objectives achievement in collaboration with local managers. 
  • Work with local partners to administer benefits programs across different regions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to local tax and benefits regulations. 
  • Maintain employee records and foster automation and simplification along the Employee life-cycle. 


Office Management 

  • Serve as the point of contact for facility management, coordinate with external vendors and service providers for IT issues and office-related needs and Labor Prevention Risks activities. 
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment, and ensure timely maintenance and repairs. 
  • Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring a well-organized and efficient workspace.

YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field. 
  • Full proficiency in English (C2) and fluent in Spaniish (B2) to connect with our diverse team across 6 countries in Europe, and counting! Additional language skills are a plus (German, Italian, Czech, Danish). 
  • 1-3 years’ experience in a similar HR role, preferably in fast growing companies / scale-up startups. 
  • You're great with data analysis, handle Excel like a pro, and can present your results using charts and presentation tools... and you can totally back it up! 
  • Experience using HR software: Factorial or similar.
