Global Junior Data Analyst (Native English)

YOUR MISSION 

As a Junior Data Analyst at IKONO, your mission is to build and maintain reliable data processes, ensuring data accuracy across all systems. You will analyze large datasets to uncover actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will help identify key metrics, develop automated dashboards, and create impactful visualizations using PowerBI, simplifying complex data for non-technical stakeholders.

Your role will be key in empowering data-driven decisions across the organization while staying up-to-date with the latest trends in data and analytics.

WHAT YOU’LL DO  

• Set up and maintain data processes and systems to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and support business decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key metrics and KPIs.
• Create data visualizations and reports using PowerBI to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Support the team in building dashboards and automating reporting processes.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in data and analytics.

YOU BRING

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.

• 2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a startup/scaleup environment.
• Native-level proficiency in English. Other European languages are a plus.

• Experience with PowerBI for data visualization and reporting would be an advantage.
• Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools (SQL, Python, etc.).
