YOUR MISSION

As an Ikonic Staff member, you play a key role in ensuring our customers' satisfaction. With your intuitive understanding, you anticipate their needs even before they realize them. Supported by your Store Manager, you expertly match those needs with the right products and services. Your primary goal is to warmly welcome and assist gallery visitors, ensuring a high-quality experience for everyone.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Welcoming customers with a friendly smile!
  2. Helping guests with ticket purchases.
  3. Handling reservations on our website and through our ticket partners.
  4. Taking care of the cash register.
  5. Being the friendly face at the museum store stand and keeping it well-stocked.
  6. Guiding visitors through the route and sharing details of the experience.
  7. Providing support to enhance the overall experience.
  8. Responding to customer questions and concerns via email or phone calls.
  9. Taking care of repairs and maintenance to keep our spaces in top shape.
  10. Ensuring the exhibition is always in a perfect state for our visitors.


YOU BRING

  1. Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
  2. Resilient in handling daily challenges. 
  3. Collaborative team player. 
  4. Ability to provide clear and concise explanations. 
  5. Capable of assisting in setting up exhibitions. 
  6. Attention to detail in all tasks. 
  7. Able to perform actions such as bending over or lifting things. 
  8. The ideal candidate has a responsible attitude, is friendly and polite. 
  9. Demonstrate tremendous passion and energy for your work. 
  10. Able to adapt to flexible schedules. 


REQUIREMENTS

  1. Prior experience and knowledge in customer service. 
  2. Proficient in cash handling. 
  3. Fluency in English and German, minimum level fluent-upper B2.
