YOUR MISSION
The mission of the Chief Operating Officer (COO) is to turn the company’s vision into effective, actionable operational strategy that drive business growth and operational excellence across all areas of the organization. The COO will spearhead business origination, particularly through on-site ticket sales and B2B sales channels. Overseeing all aspects of global operations, the COO will ensure top-tier management of the venues, high employee satisfaction and outstanding customer experience.

Budget and P&L management: Own the budgets and P&L for all venues, ensuring every euro works hard to hit financial goals and keep the business thriving.

B2B sales and revenue growth: Power up B2B sales by crafting winning revenue strategies, fine-tuning pricing, and leading teams to drive growth and build strong customer relationships.

On-site sales: Shape on-site sales success by creating irresistible entry experiences, optimizing ticketing flow, and equipping teams with the skills to convert visitors into fans.

YOU BRING
-
8+ years of experience in the retail, hospitality, restaurant, or entertainment industries, with a strong track record in driving success.

3+ years of regional operations experience, reporting directly to a COO or CEO, and leading teams to execute at a high level.

Proven leadership in managing 10+ spaces and taking the lead in opening new locations, growing and scaling operations effectively.

Hands-on experience in business growth, from workforce planning to systems and logistics, ensuring every strategy turns into action.

Fluency in English (bilingual or native proficiency) is essential to effectively manage our international, multicultural teams and lead communication across the company; proficiency in additional European languages is a bonus.
