As an Experience Sales Promoter at IKONO Copenhagen, your primary focus is to maximize ticket sales and drive revenue by actively engaging with passersby and visitors. You are responsible for promoting the IKONO experience, closing sales, and creating an energetic, customer-centric environment. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive on meeting sales targets and enjoy dynamic, face-to-face interactions.
What You’ll Do:
🔥 Sell, Sell, Sell: Take ownership of ticket sales by proactively approaching passersby, promoting IKONO, and converting interest into purchases.
🖥️ Target-Driven Results: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by applying persuasive techniques and maintaining a high level of energy.
👣Street Presence: Actively represent IKONO outdoors, drawing in foot traffic with enthusiasm and professionalism.
✨ Engage Visitors: Create excitement about the IKONO experience by delivering engaging, memorable pitches to guests in person.
🎨 Customer Service Excellence: Assist visitors with inquiries, address concerns, and maintain a warm, approachable demeanor at all times.
➰Optimize Flow: Efficiently manage visitor flow, ensuring smooth entry and minimal wait times while encouraging impulse purchases.
💲Handle Transactions: Manage cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently to facilitate a seamless purchasing experience.
