What’s Your Mission?

As our CRM & Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in crafting unforgettable digital experiences. From developing CRM strategies to supporting paid campaigns, you’ll be at the center of our efforts to connect with our audience and elevate IKONO’s digital presence.


What You’ll Do:

🚀 Shape CRM Strategies: Deploy and maintain innovative CRM strategies that map customer journeys and amplify engagement.

🌟 Build High-Impact Landing Pages: Create and manage landing pages that wow our audience and drive conversions.

📊 Boost Campaigns: Support and optimize digital paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and TikTok.

🛠️ HubSpot Wizardry: Leverage HubSpot to automate workflows, manage data, and provide top-notch reporting.

📧 Email Marketing Magic: Craft newsletters, promo emails, and automated workflows that captivate and convert.

🔍 Unlock Insights: Use CRM analytics to refine customer segmentation and targeting.

🤝 Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with our Global Digital Manager and other stakeholders to align CRM initiatives with our broader marketing goals.


What sets you apart:

What you bring:

- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or CRM-focused roles in fast-paced environments.

- Expertise in HubSpot (or similar CRM tools) and marketing automation.

- Experience creating and optimizing landing pages with platforms like WordPress or Unbounce.

- Proven success in email marketing and paid campaign support.

- Solid knowledge of customer segmentation and analytics tools like Google Analytics.

- Language Proficiency: near native/bilingual-advanced level English is essential; additional european languages are a plus.
